Oman: shark of the day

Like some sort of initiation right, Mrs M took Duncan for the mandatory trip to the tailor this morning where he was unusually helpful in selecting fabric. He managed to soften the mind-numbing boredom of the expedition by visiting a music shop to check out guitars.

At the Dive Centre, they went for on an organised snork to Sea Horse Bay at Bandar Al Khiran to swim with the usual array of exotic fish and wiggly things. Besides the vast numbers of Disney-coloured fish, Duncan encountered a Moray eel and a shiver of small black tip shark. Don't see too many of those in Fulwell. Mrs M's bat-like visual powers meant she only saw one of the said creatures, but she reported the best coral yet seen in our snorking exploits.
