USA: still en row-te

As the ‘direct’ flight stopped at San Francisco, I had to ‘de-plane’ and perform all the immigration fluff before continuing to San Diego. Mr. Samuel Adams helped fill the long gap between flights. Thirty hours after leaving Muscat, I arrived at the Sheraton, checked in and proceeded to my room where my batteries finally expired.
