Oman: telecommunications Gibberish Authority

Omantel has always provided its fair share of frustration and amusement, but it seems that Oman's Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) sets the standard for telephonic gibberish judging by this SMS received this morning:
Dear Customer, Please avoid disturbing other subscribers in purpose of buying their special numbers. Any subscriber involved in such practice will be subjected for legal action.
The TRA's website (www.tra.gov.om) provides the following clarification: 'Service Unavailable'.

On a recent call to Oman Tel to try and resolve the internet connection (that has not worked once in the 2 months since installed) the "helpful" (not) person at the other end of the phone begun every sentence with "With all due respect..." I believe they thought they were being polite....hhhmm. USELESS. It's still not working.
