It had rained constantly since before midnight and it was still drizzling when Mrs M emerged for breakfast. The clouds eventually thinned as we whiled away the
day reading on Kindles and old fashioned books. Through the netting of my hammock, I could see new guests clad in mandatory puffy orange life vests arriving from the mainland. In the late afternoon, I scrambled onto the rocks towards the northern tip of Sibu which provides wonderful views of Pulau Tinggi and some of the smaller islands. The sun tried its best to make dramatic evening photos behind a lump of thick cloud, but to no avail. Sitting alone at the end of a tropical island for a couple of hours made up for the disappointment.
