Simon earned countless brownie points by taking the girls to the International Shopping Expo in Muscat. Although he reported that ‘Oman’s most popular shopping extravaganza’ was predominantly women’s clothing, he added that ‘compared to normal girlie shopping, it was almost bearable’. As if that was not enough, he earned bonus points by taking them to another shopping centre. I think he is up to something.
