The AWG (Alternative Wobbly Group) arranged a tour of the Shangri-La Hotel to which Mrs M took G & GP. This required GP to be an honorary women for the day, which he carried out with dignity and poise. The event was however a thinly disguised excuse for a slap-up buffet lunch which generously included mineral water (stated the advert).I had sandwiches at work.
