Singapore: The Star Vista sketch

The Star Vista Sketch

Just before lunch, I found a quiet place to sit on the eastern side of the Star Vista mall near Buona Vista Station. The location on the second floor was in front of some empty shops with no direct sun which eliminated the chance of being burned to a crisp once again.

Although the mall appears to have been constructed from leftover bits of other building projects, the non-vertical pillars, sharp lines, bold geometric patterns and long flowing curves make quite a challenge. Three-and-a-quarter hours later, I stood up with cramped legs like Bambi to buy a few provisions before returning home to Mrs M.
