Tonight's beach run demonstrated the need for some sort of protection for certain bodily parts that do not like to be abrased for extended periods by wet running gear. The humidity is creeping up daily and I do not know how long I will be able to go for evening runs as Muscat temperatures creep up to the mid 40C in summer.
