We dined at the Woodlands Indian restaurant in Ruwi tonight with neighbours. The restaurant specialises in south Indian dishes which are drier and spicier than we are used to elsewhere in Muscat. We had a mixture of dishes including Varutha Iraichi which is pieces of fried mutton and coconut. All washed down with cold lager. Yummy. A very popular restaurant.
