A virtual Sunday lunch was taken with the Darlingtons at the Crown Plaza hotel today as the Intercon was fully booked. The buffet lunch in the Tropicana restaurant took place in a family atmosphere with live and slightly-too-loud guitars twanging (confidently according to Duncan) in the background. The sight of the occasional gentleman with sweaty baggy man boobs by the pool did not prevent mother from sampling every item in the sweet section. It was reported that the chocolate mousse did not exceed Shafaq standards.
