No sooner had I returned from work when we were backing out of the drive to head for Tiwi. Little more than two hours later, with the tents and shade erected, Al and I began wood collection for the evening fire. During this time a plan was unfolding; tomorrow we would cook fish based on Omani pit-roasting techniques with a hint of Ray Mears. We were aware of one major flaw in our plan…..
