While researching the recent email scam, I checked Omantel's Tech Support 'Knowledge Base' which stills shows the same five trouble tickets that are approaching their three year anniversary. My favourite answer from Omantel is still...After compliment, this is to inform you that your mail has been forwarded to the concern department. For more information please contact the internet technical support on the toll free 1313.
