Singapore: is that a fried egg?

Ginger and pepper chilli fish rice (more a list of ingredients than a name) at the Zion Road hawker centre. Didn't quite look like the picture on the wall which had a nice fried egg with a beautiful orange yolk sitting seductively on top of a pile of neatly arranged rice. Nonetheless, very tasty.
