The final day of Sophie’s whistle-stop tour of Singapore featured a trip on the tour bus, stopping briefly at Raffles for the obligatory Singapore Slings (at 11.30?). In the Long Bar, Sophie provided instruction on taking selfies, which I believe is a popular pastime for people who want to prove they have no friends. Back on the bus, they stopped at the Botanic Gardens for lunch before returning home to pack.
A few hours later, with a hefty rucksack over her shoulder, we said goodbye to Sophie at Terminal 3 knowing that she had probably seen all that there was to see on the Little Red Dot.
