The three-metre deep trench around our property is nearing completion for the sewerage system retrofit. Hopefully they will realise they have not as yet provided any way for us to cross this chasm. We're running out of milk too…..
As I write things have gone very quiet. There are several men standing around the JCB bucket pointing at what appears to be a hydraulic fluid leak. The Chinese manager (in the shiny new hat) has popped off somewhere on a bike to resolve the matter. The cats have only one tin of Snappy Tom left as well.
